Srix
Inventor, technologist, artist. Bengaluru, mostly.
I design AI-native engineering organisations for a living: software factories where agents plan, build and test alongside people, and engineers become orchestrators. The rest of the time I point projectors at walls, pools and old mansion doors, and I am teaching a camera to play a room back as music.
Two decades in. Two startups co-founded, six product teams built from scratch, patents in three jurisdictions, and recognition from Stanford GSB, Qualcomm and NASSCOM along the way.
Now
September 2026
- Working with engineering leaders on AI-native operating models, through AI Native Orgs.
- Building SonicLens: a camera that listens to a space and plays it back as music.
- Reviewing proposals for The Fifth Elephant and mentoring founders at ISB IVI.

AI Native Orgs
Engineering organisations of 50 to 200 people, moved from AI-assisted to AI-native. Assessment, workshop, pilot, then an AI Lab that builds alongside the team and hands over. Software factories where agents plan, build and test with people, and engineers become orchestrators.

Programming Language Comparison
One concept, twenty-plus languages, side by side. Built in 2023 with GPT-4, rebuilt in 2026 with agents.

Art
Light on things that were not built to be screens, and sound from what a camera sees.
Projection mapping
TouchDesigner, a projector and whatever surface the evening offers: mansion doors, a courtyard wall, the living-room sofa.

SonicLens
With Silvie Claes, architect and spatial designer
A camera reads a space: light, edges, rhythm, how open it is. SonicLens turns that into layered music in real time, in the browser, with shaders and Tone.js. It began at CODAME's The New Human 2036 hackathon and has since been shown at Milan Design Week and San Francisco Design Week. Museum and urban-walk pilots are underway.
Shown at

Writing
- Every web project is seven decisions: a layer-by-layer guide to the modern web stack
- Same model, same prompt, different output. The fix was prompt specificity.
- I rebuilt my 2023 programming-language comparison tool using 2026 AI agents
- From chaos to coop: rethinking how India drives
- Blender and Claude on Linux: a friendly companion for creative exploration
